  Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days. You may return Certain items (in new and re-sellable condition) for credit (not the ship charges) within 30 days of the original Shipping Date on the Packing Slip, by the following terms:
 
 •  Contact the Millers Artist Supplies.  A representative will carefully assist you and document the reason(s) for your return(s).
   
 •  You are responsible for any Shipping expenses. All packages must arrive unopened and suitable for resale. Once the product has been received and processed, the Customer will receive a credit for the price of the item. We will not give credits toward Shipping & Handling charges.

Damaged and Defective Goods
Damaged and Defective Goods will be replaced within 30 Days from original Shipping Date on the Packing Slip.
